Liver flush with no Epsom Salts

I have no gallbladder but I still pass stones when liver flushing.   I do a slightly modified liver flush with no Epsom salts. Please read my other article at this blog why it’s not necessary.  

Protocol

Follow the same method as Hulda Clarke or Andreas Moritz but eliminate the Epsom. 

Have a oil free vegan breakfast and lunch perhaps raw only or do a Granny Smith apple juice and water fast until 2pm. 

From 2pm to 7pm don’t consume anything. 

At 7pm, drink the olive oil and lemon juice. Go to bed on your right side and fall asleep. If 7pm is too early then you can do it later.  There’s no hard and fast rule but waiting till 10pm is getting a little late. 

Are gallstones olive oil and lemon juice?

Green gallstones are not olive oil and lemon juice. When I did this flush, for 4.5 days all I drank was apple juice and ate one apple a day.  My bowel movements were light brown every day.   Read the rest of this entry

Dr Mercolas gallbladder diet

Baked vegan doughnuts

Standard

Muffins that taste like doughnuts. But without all the work and without the frying.

1 3/4 c (all purpose) flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/3 c vegetable or canola oil
3/4 c white granulated coconut sugar
1 no egg
3/4 c soy milk

Combine dry ingred. Mix liquids in separate bowl. Add liquids to dry and combine together well, without over beating. Spoon mixture into prepared muffin tins. Bake at 190 for 20-25 min.

While donuts are baking prepare sugar topping.
1/4 c granulated coconut sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon

While donuts are hot, dip into (1/2 c) melted coconut oil and roll into sugar & cinnamon mixture.

Raw falafel

Standard

2 cups Carrots, Chopped
1 cup Sunflower Seeds
1/3 cup Ground Flax Seeds
1 cup fresh Parsley, Minced
3 Tbsp Onion, Diced
1 clove Garlic, Minced
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Curry Powder
1/2 cup Sesame Seeds

Process the carrots in a food processor until almost a paste. Add the sunflower seeds, flax seeds, garlic, and spices and process until well mixed.

Finally, add the onion and parsley, mixing everything together well.

Stir in the sesame seeds.

Roll 1 Tbsp at a time into balls. Dehydrate for 2-3 hours.

The body contains many organs, but not all as are vital as the liver. The liver happens to be the largest organ the body contains, which regulates over 900 functions within the body. Its weight is about 4 pounds, and carries out extremely complex chemical changes within the body. The liver can suffer a tremendous abuse; however there are six main things that the liver cannot cope with.

1. Over-eating: this is the perfect way to damage the liver.
2. Eating and drinking wrong things. Certain things we eat gash the liver and poison it.
a. Refined white flour- products
b. Processed foods
c. Junk foods
d. White sugar products
e. Imitation food these are super toxic.
3. High carbohydrate and fat diet.
4. Food poisons: alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, theobromine, hard drugs.
5. Taking medicinal drugs. As the liver has to work overtime in order to try to excrete these dangerous chemicals.
6. Associate closely with insecticides, preservative, cumulative poisons.

Why I Love Carrot Juice

I’ve been feeling like the walking dead for too long and believe I found the cure. I bought a large bag of carrots and made some juice and I instantly felt better.

I decided to Google and I found this:

Consuming 2-3 pints a day of fresh raw carrot juice is one of the best ways to detox your liver. Drinking this much carrot juice may result in an orange tinge in the skin. You may have heard rumors that this is caused by carotene. This is false information. If this were the case beets would turn you red and spinach would turn you green. The orange tinge one may receive is due to the toxic bile being purged from the liver by the mega-dose of carrot juice. Vegan Pizza

Cheese:

¼ cup vegan margarine
¼ cup tightly packed minced yellow onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup corn flour (corn starch)
2 cups soy milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
salt and pepper
pinch of nutmeg

In a pot on medium to high heat, add the margarine, onion and garlic.
Sauté for one to two minutes until the margarine has melted and the onion is transparent.
Add the corn flour and stir until it forms a paste.
Add the soy milk, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper and nutmeg. Stir to combine.
Reduce heat to low and whisk for a few more minutes or so until the sauce has thickened. Be careful not to let the sauce burn on the bottom of the pot.
Take off the heat and cool. (The sauce will thicken even more when cooled)
Serve on pastas, pizzas and anything else.
Finely chop the onion so that it becomes extra creamy when sauted with the margarine.

Coconut oil cleanse

Take 2 tbsp of coconut oil every 3 hours during the day (8-10 tablespoons daily)
Drink about a gallon of clean water with anti-oxidant extracts (fresh lemon, turmeric, chlorophyll, apple cider vinegar, fermented herbal extracts, etc.)

Fennel, Split Pea, Anise Vegan Soup

Standard


1 bunch of garlic

Whole bulb of fennel – set the leaves aside

Spring onions or shallots

Celery

Sauté them soft but don’t brown

Use plenty of olive oil.

Boil some water in a kettle and then add chopped root vegetables, potatoes, turnip, carrot but not pumpkin because it turns it into pumpkin soup.

Add a good handful of dried split peas – if you prefer runny soup as less.

Add herbs. I usually have rosemary, maybe some oregano, dill is nice, a star anise pod, salt, chilli, and some massel chicken or veg stock

Bring to boil for an hour and then simmer for another hour or two.

Add fennel leaves chopped before serving.

Tastes much better the following day.

A hair oil recipe for faster hair growth

I’ve varied this a bit from the original recipe as i don’t have access to all those flowers.
Ingredients:
Oils: Coconut oil, Mustard oil, Castor oil, Olive oil, Sesame oil, Vitamin E oil, Almond oil, Evening Primrose oil
Essential oils: Lavender, Rose, Rosemary, Sandalwood, Jasmine

Place in a bottle together and use once a week for three hours or overnight on hair.
