Vegan mozzarella


This makes about a 350gm block

Just double the recipe if you want a larger block šŸ™‚ 1 1/2 cups of rice milk, 1/8 cup olive oil, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tblsp nutritional yeast, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp. agar powder 1/4 tsp of maple syrup……. Put everything in a blender & process until it is smooth (about a minute). Then pour it all into a saucepan set over medium heat & whisk constantly until it thickens!! Done. Pour into a lightly greased container of your choice an allow it to cool. Once cooled I put it in the fridge to set. Good luck šŸ™‚ If anyone has a Thermomix (which is what I used). Mix it all up and cook on 90 degrees, speed 3 for about 12 mins with MC off to let steam out.
