Raw falafel


2 cups Carrots, Chopped
1 cup Sunflower Seeds
1/3 cup Ground Flax Seeds
1 cup fresh Parsley, Minced
3 Tbsp Onion, Diced
1 clove Garlic, Minced
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Curry Powder
1/2 cup Sesame Seeds

Process the carrots in a food processor until almost a paste. Add the sunflower seeds, flax seeds, garlic, and spices and process until well mixed.

Finally, add the onion and parsley, mixing everything together well.

Stir in the sesame seeds.

Roll 1 Tbsp at a time into balls. Dehydrate for 2-3 hours.
