I made this for the first time last night and I had so much energy! It’s true!!! This recipe is good for any illness you have including cancer!
A pinch of pink Himalayan salt
1 clove of garlic
1 chopped apple
Sprouts (use one of the following; lentil, mung bean, alfafa, snow pea and vary each recipe or use all three as I did!)
1-2 cups of water
1/2 an Avocado
1/2 cup of soaked pine nuts
5 cups of leafy Greens (use 1 of the following; Romain lettuce, Chard, Kale, Parsley, Coriander).
Make sure you vary the type of leafy green each day.
Blend leafy greens last to avoid oxidation.
