Vegan Cheese



1 cup of raw cashews

1 tsp of salt – season to taste

½ cup of popcorn oil

1 cup of yeast flakes

1 roasted capsicum peeled

2 ½ cups of water

¼ cup onion powder

1 tbs garlic powder


3 tbs of agar agar and half a cup of water in a saucepan. Stir till thick.

Add the agar agar to the blended ingredients above and blend again and then pour cheese sauce in a pan and cook for 5 minutes constantly stirring it. Add to a container and refrigerate.
